We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality marketing services. However, due to the nature of digital marketing, certain refund limitations apply.

1. Service Fees

• Fees for services already delivered are non-refundable
  

• If work has not started, a refund may be issued minus administrative/payment processing fees (5%)
  

2. Monthly Retainers

• Cancelling before a new monthly cycle begins: no charge for the upcoming month
  

• Cancelling mid-month after work has started: no prorated refund
  

3. Ad Spend

• Payments made directly to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are non-refundable and outside our control
  

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• Refund requests due to duplicate payments or billing errors will be reviewed individually
  

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days
